The Staff Selection Commission will close the online correction window for SSC CGL Tier 1 Examination 2024 on Sunday, August 11. Candidates seeking to make changes in the application form for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 have their last chance to do so on the official website ssc.gov.in.
To make changes in the SSC CGL online application form, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
- On the home page, click the Apply Online link.
- Enter your login details and click submit.
- Make any necessary changes to the application form and click submit.
- Please download the confirmation page and a printed copy of it for future reference.

The commission had earlier stated in a notice that candidates should use the ‘Application Form Correction Window’ for any corrections or changes that need to be made in the already filled application form.
“The Commission will not accept and will outright reject applications received after the above-mentioned correction period for making any changes, corrections or modifications in the application form by any means of communication, namely, post, fax, email, handwritten, etc.,” the notice states.

It is worth mentioning here that SSC opened the marking window for the Combined Graduate Level Examination on August 10, 2024. The online registration started on June 24 and the deadline was up to July 27, 2024.
The commission will select candidates through a two-tier computer-based examination, followed by a round of document verification. User departments will verify the documents after the final results are announced.

SSC CGL Tier I exam is scheduled to be conducted from 9th September to 26th September 2024.
Through the recruitment examination, SSC is seeking to fill approximately 17,727 vacancies.
