The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the NEET 2024 examination simultaneously across the country tomorrow, August 11, 2024. This year, the NEET examination will be conducted through the normalization process. The NEET PG examination will be conducted in two shifts. This year, 2,28,542 candidates will appear for the NEET PG examination.
Let us tell you that a petition was filed in the Supreme Court to postpone the NEET PG exam but the Supreme Court in its decision refused to postpone the NEET PG exam. The NEET PG exam will be conducted in 500 exam centres in 185 cities. The exam will be conducted in a single day and two sessions. Students will have to take the NEET PG exam through computer-based test. Please inform the students that the language medium in the NEET PG question paper will be English only, all the questions will be asked in English only. Students will be asked 200 MCQ questions in the exam. For this purpose, students will be given 3:30 hours.
List of documents required for NEET PG exam
1. Print a copy of the admission card.
2. The examination centre will retain the photocopy of the permanent/provisional record of SMC/MCI/NMC.
3. Any original government issued ID card like PAN card, Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, having your photograph.
4. If a candidate carries the e-Aadhaar card, please note that his/her photo should be clearly visible on it.
5. If the candidate does not have a valid identity card, he/she will not be allowed to enter the examination center.
Students can download the admit card for NEET PG exam by visiting the official website nbe.edu.in. Apart from this, candidates are advised to read the important guidelines written in the admit card before the exam. Students are advised to keep a track of the details mentioned in their admit card such as candidate name, roll number, date of birth, registration number, signature, photograph of the candidate, address of the examination centre, date and time of the examination, reporting time at the examination centre and make sure to read the important guidelines for the exam.
