As the long-awaited iPhone 16 lineup is expected to arrive in September, leaks and rumors are popping up. The latest leak gives us a sneak peek at the new color options for the iPhone 16 Pro models. Tipster Sonny Dickson (@SonnyDickson) recently shared an image on X (formerly Twitter), revealing dummy units of the iPhone 16 Pro in four different colors.
According to these images, the new flagship phone will be available in black, white, gold, and a shade that resembles gray or titanium. This color scheme suggests that Apple could introduce a new look for the iPhone 16 Pro, which could replace the current titanium blue option found on the iPhone 15 Pro lineup.
The leaked image matches previous clues, and while the exact official names of these colors are still unknown, it’s likely Apple will use similar branding to that seen with the iPhone 15 Pro.
Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had previously mentioned that the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max would come in black, white (or silver), gray, and a new pink shade. This pink color is expected to replace Titanium Blue. The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max currently come in Natural Titanium, Titanium Black, Titanium White, and Titanium Blue.
As for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max SpecsRumors suggest they will be equipped with the new A18 Pro chip, with an improved display size of 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively, compared to 6.1 inches on the iPhone 15 Pro and 6.7 inches on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Pro is also expected to come with a 3,577mAh battery, while the Pro Max will pack a 4,676mAh unit. Both models will support 40W wired charging and 20W wireless charging via MagSafe.
With these exciting updates and leaks, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are shaping up to be significant upgrades over their predecessors. Stay tuned for the official unveiling in September, where more details will be confirmed.
