Method to make ‘Pisyu Loon’ from Uttarakhand-
To make mountain salt, first use silbatta. This salt is specially prepared by grinding it in silbatta. Due to which its taste, color and aroma are further increased. To make mountain salt, you will need 50 grams of garlic leaves, 10 grams of green coriander, 10 grams of mint, 5 green chillies, 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of celery, 5 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of black salt, 1 tablespoon of turmeric in a mortar and grind it until coarse. After grinding this salt, keep it in the sun for 12-15 hours, dry it well and store it in a glass jar. You can store and use this salt for up to a year by keeping it at room temperature.
