Delhi University on Saturday released its physical test schedule for those seeking admission in the undergraduate academic session 2024-2025 through the Extracurricular Activities (ECA) quota.
According to the schedule, the auditions for activities such as Indian classical dance, Hindi debate, Indian classical and light music and theatre will begin from August 12.
Testing for students with a sports quota will begin on August 20 and will continue until August 22.

Students seeking admission through ECA quota must visit their respective test centres to take their performance test.
Those who pass the physical tests will be granted a concession based on their academic merit to gain admission to specific programs.
The physical examinations for Creative Writing in Hindi and English will be held on August 16 at Hansraj College.
Indian Classical Dance auditions will be held from August 12 to 17, Indian Folk Dance from August 20 to 21, Western Dance from August 21 to 22 and Choreography on August 23 at Mata Sundari College.

Hindi debate trials will be held from August 12 to 13, and English debate trials will be held from August 13 to 22. The venue will be Ramjas College.
For digital media like photography, film and animation, the physical test will be held on 20th, 21st and 22nd August at Maharaja Agrasen College.
Fine arts exams for subjects like drawing and painting will begin on August 20 and will be held till August 23, and for sculpture will be held on August 23, both at Rajdhani College.

The auditions for Indian Classical and Light Music will be held from 12 to 22 August, for Western Classical and Light Music from 22 to 23 August, for Indian Instrumental Music from 20 to 21 August, and for Western Instrumental Music from 22 to 23 August. These auditions will be held at Bharati College.
Theatre auditions will take place between 12th and 21st August at Miranda House College.
The examination papers will be held on August 20 at Daulat Ram College, and the Divinity papers will be held on August 13 at Guru Teg Bahadur College. Moreover, the Yoga papers will be held on August 21-22 at PGDAV College.
Students should check the test schedules available on the official website of Delhi University to appear for the test.
This year, Delhi University has allotted five per cent of the total seats in each faculty for ECA and Sports categories.
