Ingredients
- 45 ml of vodka
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml of popcorn syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Caramelized popcorn (to decorate)
Steps for preparation
- Prepare the glass: Chill your cocktail glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
- Mix ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine 45 ml vodka, 60 ml pineapple juice, 15 ml popcorn syrup and 15 ml lemon juice.
- Shake well: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
- Prepare the glass: Discard the ice from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
